Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do. Just select the correct country when filling in your information.

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay with iDeal, Credit Card, Paypal or Alipay.
My order still hasn’t arrived. What can I do?
Check your tracking status. Check your neighbours. Read the disclaimer for any other information. If the total period of time stated within the disclaimer, including the 30 days delay from customs, have expired please contact us at support@barongfamily.com.

What are customs and why are they holding my order back?

Why are the international shipping fees so high?
Unfortunately these are the lowest prices we can get. There is little we can do about it.

Can I pay with my own currency in stead of Euro's?
Yes. The currency get automatically converted through your payment system.

Can I get express shipping?
Yes, USA & Can only! take up to 4 - 5 business days. Working on other countries.

I placed an order, can I change or cancel it?
No, you can't change or cancel your order.
Can I exchange products?
No, if you have the wrong size you can return the product and order another size.
Do Nils or Jim work at the webshop?
No.

How can I track my order?
We send an automatic trackingcode to all our customers, as soon as the package has been send out. This will either be send through our carrier, or we will send it out directly. If you haven’t received this mail, please check your spam. If you haven’t received any e-mail from us regarding your order at all, please first check if your order was successful. If your order was successful and you haven’t received any e-mail at all, please contact us at support@barongfamily.com When contacting us, please add your name, address and date of order. All other information about orders and shipping can be found in the disclaimer.
When will a product be restocked?
If it’s not in the text at the productpage, it will either be restocked when mentioned on the Yellow Claw/ Blood For Mercy Instagram or otherwise the product will not be restocked. We do however advise you to register your e-mail on the productpage to be notified about any restock. If a product is not on the site anymore, don't expect a restock.

Can I send you a demo of my music?
You can, but nobody will listen to it.
